The Keizer Iris Festival serves the community and is Keizer’s principal event of the year attracting thousands of spectators and participants. Investing in the festival contributes to the success of the festival mission to promote and celebrate Keizer as the Iris Capitol of the World. It places your business among community and Keizer Chamber of Commerce supporters. Inclusive in all sponsorships are a complimentary entry to the Iris Festival Parade, ability to use Iris Festival Trademark in your marketing or advertising, recognition at the Sponsor Luncheon & Kick-Off Party, a table at the Business Expo, and a framed replication of the 2008 Fine Art Poster. Outlined below are the benefits and details of different sponsorship levels available. We hope you will join us as a sponsor as “An Act of Kindness” (the 2008 theme) and in celebration of the festival’s 21st year.

BRONZE LEVEL

  • Company name featured in print and marketing materials that include the festival program and other print advertisements
  • 2 VIP passes to the Sponsor Luncheon & Kick-Off Party

SILVER LEVEL

  • Your company logo placed on a lead-off banner of an awardwinning entry in the Iris Festival Parade (Recognition may be combined with other company name(s) on banner)
  • Company Logo featured in the official Iris Festival print marketing material
  • Space for your 3 x 10 company banner to be displayed in or around the Iris Entertainment Tent
  • 4 VIP Passes to the Sponsorship Luncheon & the Kick-Off Party

GOLD LEVEL

  • Exclusive recognition of your company sponsoring an award winning entry in the Iris Parade with a large banner leading off entry. Or, a Title Sponsor of a Gold Event which include: Golf Ball Drop, Iris Fashion Show, Iris Bike Rally, ALL IN –Texas Hold ‘em Tournament, Festival Wagon Rides, or a Cut Flower Show
  • (Some entries/events are unavailable by first right of refusal for past Sponsorship)
  • Opportunity for your staff (in your company clothing/t-shirt) to carry lead off banner of your award winning entry or participate in the facilitation of your event
  • Space for your 3’ x 10’ Company Banner to be displayed in or around the Entertainment Tent
  • 6 VIP Passes to the Sponsorship Luncheon & the Kick-Off Party PREMIER EVENT LEVEL
  • Recognition as Title Sponsor of one of the following Premier Events:
  • Iris 5k Run/Walk, Family Village, Home & Garden Show, Artist in Action, Iris Golf Tournament, Mayor’s Kids & Pets Walk, Iris Kick-Off Party, Willamette Valley Greeters, Main Stage, Big Tent, Fellowship Breakfast, Kid’s Sculpture Garden, Iris Auto Show, Iris Sponsorship Recognition Luncheon
  • Recognition of your company’s event sponsorship with a 2’ to 4’ x 20’ banner provided and displayed during your event
  • Recognition of your sponsorship on entry applications or registration forms for your Event
  • Company name used in any Broadcast and Internet media announcing the Iris Festival and your Event
  • Space for your 3 x 10 company banner to be displayed in or around the Iris Entertainment Tent
  • Assistance for your company to participate in cross marketing avenues
  • 8 VIP Passes to the Sponsorship Luncheon & the Kick-Off Party

PLATINUM EVENT LEVEL

  • Recognition of your company presenting a Platinum Event of the Iris Festival ( Iris Festival Parade or the Iris Festival Fun Center expected to draw 20,000 to 30,000 spectators and/or participants. (Some events are unavailable by first right of refusal for past Sponsorship)
  • Recognition of your company logo on the cover and a half page ad within the Iris Festival Information & Participation Tab
  • Recognition of your Company in exclusive Parade or Fun Center advertising, broadcasting, and internet coverage
  • Space for your 3’ x 10’ Company Banners to be displayed in or around the Entertainment Tent
  • 10 VIP Passes to the Sponsorship Luncheon & the Kick-Off Party
  • Recognition as the Official Sponsor on all event print, internet, and broadcast media to include local Festival Tabloids, local Cable TV, and www.keizerchamber.com
  • Recognition as the Official Sponsor of the event on a poster/flier inserted in at least the local weekly newspaper.
  • Recognition with a ½ page ad in the Official Event Guide
  • Recognition as Official Sponsor on the lead off banner of the Iris Parade
  • Cross Marketing Plans to Enhance Exposure
  • A double booth space and tenting at the Festival Grounds
  • Recognition of sponsorship at the Keizer’s Awards Banquet
  • A minimum of six (6) of your company banner and signs displayed at and around the festival grounds
  • 20 VIP passes for the Chamber Luncheon, Kickoff Party
