EXHIBITOR SHOW
What better way to sell your product than at the Keizer Iris Festival Exhibitor Show. With our exhibitor list growing, you don’t want to miss the opportunity to sell your product to thousands of visitors from all over Oregon and out of State as well.
The streets are busy with shoppers stopping in for a bite to eat at one of the concession stands, or pick up a unique gift at a vendor booth. If you have information to share or a product to sell the Iris Festival Street Fair is the place to be. Vendor booths are available on a first come first serve basis, with three sections to fit your needs. Our Home and Garden & Farmer’s Market area is perfect for anyone looking for home items and décor, or plants and greenery to spruce up the yard. The Street Fair if great for anything you can imagine from jewelry to clothing to knick knacks and whatever else you can think of. The Family Village is a nice fit for just about anyone. With many children’s activities around, you are sure to get several parents shopping while their children playing at one of the many activities available.

EXHIBITORS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dates:
May 16,17 & 18, 2008
Location:
Wittenberg Lane or US Bank parking lot in Keizer, Oregon
Exhibitor Schedule:
Friday 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Saturday 11:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Procedure to Apply:
Review Exhibitor map, make your first, second and third choices, in the designated section you desire. Fill out and send in signed application and product information with payment in full. The Chamber will assign your space(s) accordingly and reserves the right to reject received applications. You will be notified by email or mail of the space(s) you have been assigned by May 5, 2008.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Any cancellations or changes MUST be requested in writing and received at the Chamber no later than May 2, 2008. No refund requests will be accepted after that date.
Set-Up:
Exhibitors should report to INFO Booth (see map) upon arrival to receive Exhibitor Packet. After check-in, Exhibitors in areas will be able to set up 6am—12:30 pm Friday, May 16 . All Exhibits must be in place, fully installed, and decorated no later than 12:30 pm Friday, May 16.
Exhibitors must remove vehicles from street and Fun Center area as soon as unloaded.
Tear-Down Hours & Procedures:
OUTDOOR EXHIBITS CANNOT BE DISMANTLED UNTIL AFTER THE 6PM CLOSING ON SUNDAY, MAY 18th. All exhibits and accompanying debris must be dismantled and removed by no later than 9pm Sunday. Violators of this policy will not be invited back in any future Iris Festivals. The Chamber reserves the right to charge the Exhibitor for any expense incurred for removal and disposition of any property item left after 9pm Sunday. The Chamber assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of any items or product left behind after tear-down.
Space Size and Furnishings:
Space will measure 10’x10’, and the Exhibitor may purchase more than one space. Electricity will be available in limited areas. Generators are not allowed.
Booth Policies & Procedures
No displays, signs, decorations, banners, advertising matter or any part of the exhibit may extend outside the defined limits of the assigned booth space(s). Aisles and walkways must remain open. Exhibitors must use pop-up or tenting with weighted, straight legs, and must not extend beyond reserved space. Exhibitors may not solicit customers outside their specific booth area.
Licenses & Liability Insurance:
Any and all liability insurance and licenses including city, county, state, or federal inspections or permits required by law of any concession in the installation or operation of said vendor show is the sole responsibility and expense of the signing prior to vendor setup.
Fire Hazard Restrictions:
All exhibits must comply with appropriate fire regulations. For information and/or details, contact the Keizer Fire District at (503) 390-9111
Accommodations: Keizer Rennaissance Inn is the designated host hotel, reservations call 1-800-299-7221. There is no overnight stay available for RV units at Fun Center. Please call 503-393-9111 for a list of RV Parks.
Restrictions:
The Chamber reserves the right to restrict or remove an exhibit, without refund, if it is not in compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement or is found to be unsuitable or illegal. This restriction applies, but is not limited to: noise, display size, sound systems (i.e. radios, televisions, stereos, VCRs), personal behavior, conduct, printed matter, or anything of the character that might be unsuitable or illegal for the show or the Chamber.
Rights of the Chamber:
In any event that the show is delayed, interrupted or not held as scheduled, the Chamber shall not be liable for any damages or other expenses that are incurred by the Exhibitor. If for any reason whatsoever, and/or beyond the control of the Chamber, the show is not held, the Chamber may retain as much of the money, paid by Exhibitor, as is necessary to pay expenses incurred by the Chamber.
Liability:
The Chamber assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to any items, property, or product of the Exhibitor from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to; theft, fire, vandalism, or other casualty during the days and nights of the show. The Exhibitor is responsible for the space(s) assigned and shall not damage, mar, or deface the premises.
Guarantees:
The Chamber makes no representations or guarantees concerning any matters connected with the Iris Festival, except as expressly set forth in this agreement.
Litigation:
If a suit or action is filed against the Chamber regarding this contract, the Exhibitor promises to pay costs and reasonable attorney fees in such a manner as set forth by the court.
CONCESSIONERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dates:
May 18, 19 & 20, 2007
Location:
Keizer Fire Hall parking lot, Keizer, Oregon
Exhibitor Schedule:
Friday 1pm – 8:30 pm, Saturday 11am – 8:30 pm
Sunday 11am - 6 pm
Food concessionaires may choose to stay open later.
Procedure to Apply:
Fill out and submit application with payment in full. The Chamber will assign your space (s) accordingly and reserves the right to reject received applications. You will be notified by email or mail of the space(s) you have been assigned within one week of application being received.
Concessionaires Products:
The Iris Festival committee will make every effort to promote location and availability of your space. Products and pricing will be pre-determined at a mandatory Concessionaire/Activity Vendor Meeting scheduled on May 5, 2008 at 4:00 pm. Only Iris Festival Beverage Sponsor product may be offered.
